DIY Place Card or Invitation from Purple Chocolat Home here. This is part of a sumptuous Halloween Buffet post, but you could get Dollar Store fangs and spray paint them or just use the plain ones for a cheap version.
Vampire Fang Necklace. Flickr Photostream of zozietoast here. Teeth are made out of sculpey. Her Etsy store here is closed for now. Of course you could make this out of polymer clay also. When I was making imitation ivory I mixed translucent with white to get this type of look (I mean hundreds of layers so it was subtle) and then aged it so it didn’t look so new.

DIY Halloween Vampire Fangs Using Fake Nails from Not Quite Nigella here. Scroll down the post about the True Blood Dinner to the fangs. She writes:
The idea came from a reader Neil who left a comment on how to do my own vampire fangs. So to make your very own vampire fangs (and Halloween is coming up-oh joy!) you take a pair of false nails-I found the smallest size was the closest width to my canine teeth. You then file them down using a nail file to a point which was surprisingly easy (although caution: you may ruin your own manicure doing this) and then glue them to your canine teeth using the denture glue!

DIY Napkin Rings and Favors. 30 colored fangs at Target for $4, and then use them as Napkin Rings and then party favors for Halloween. Found at Family Chic here.
