DIY Traveling Faux Vintage Apothecary Case with 2 Pages of Free Printables Tutorial from Seeing Things here. *A kind reminder: download something if you like it because if people start illegally using it i.e. selling it on Etsy, the blogger will most likely delete it. I downloaded my copies and they are SO GOOD.
cutandfoldcostumes:
Over the weekend I put together a photo shoot to show off my masks in action and to give just a few costume ideas to go with my Cut&Fold Costumes. When Nikki (Yay Nikki! Check out the work she does at The RealReal and get some more styling ideas!) and I were working on this shoot we talked a lot about the power of masks and their ability to create characters. The masks of Cut&Fold Costumes are designed to have a hint of a character already inherent within them, and when you put on the mask that character completely takes over. Those characters manifest in different ways depending on who’s wearing the mask. Because of Nikki’s personality and amazing wardrobe, my collection of masks transformed into a Demonic diva, a disco Kitty, and a Skeleton slacker. How else would you remix these costumes? I’m already formulating my plan for Halloween….
(Many thanks to Nikki for the styling AND modeling and to Adam for the photography!)
Halloweencrafts: Seriously good Printable masks for a last minute Halloween Costume. These are available in small and large sizes. I would have posted them separately but I don’t reblog text posts because of how they look in my archive.
