DIY Halloween Ghost from Halloweenforum.com here. There are lots of ghosts made and lit in different ways at this link. The poster, FATMAN, for this post used a black light with a reflector. There is a YouTube video here on how he made this ghost. FATMAN wrote:
The ghost is made of the standard coat hanger frame, cheese cloth soaked in rit whitener, and a hollow plastic skull. Pretty basic.
